It’s grilling season, so let’s talk skewers!  Everyone loves a kabob, but there is just one small problem. All of the foods used for the kabobs require a different amount of time on the grill. An easy fix to this problem is to separate your skewers so each has only one type of meat or vegetable. Every item will be cooked perfectly! After you are done grilling, remove all of the skewers and present the different selections on a large platter for guests to serve themselves. Charred wooden sticks or hot metal can be a bit of a serving challenge so guests will appreciate their removal while still enjoying the wonderful, complex flavors brought out by grilling. Have fun!
