Guests will love it and you will feel less stress by being prepared for the inevitable. Small kitchen? No problem! Try a tiered platter stand that won’t take up much room. There are two important things to remember: everyone is there to spend time with you and the average event doesn’t sit down to the meal until at least 45-60 minutes after guest’s arrival.
