Cooking in bulk saves time and money. Spend a few minutes making extra portions of your meals to stock your freezer. Using Ziploc bags you can efficiently store stews, pasta sauces, and single pan meals among other favorites. Not only do they stack more easily but they are quicker to defrost than traditional dishes or Tupperware containers. The trick is to submerge in water for a quick thaw. Reheat and dinner is served!
